God Works In Mysterious Ways

"Tonight there was a show on PBS about the life of President Garfield. It seems he almost drowned when he was young and came to think he was saved by God for something important in life. He eventually became the president. It also seems the person who killed him thought he was saved by God for something important in life after he survived a boat accident. He eventually assassinated Garfield. If both are right, it would seem they were both pawns for some game this god was playing."  ~Celery Blink
