Dogmatic folks who claim that there are only 2 sexes and genders point to the clinical reality of gender dysphoria as the root of the "problem" of those who don't fit clearly into these categories. Unfortunately, an unbiased look at how such individuals are clinically managed reveals many cases of incomplete diagnostic processes prior to medical and/or surgical management.
