While I don’t have time to listen to the aforementioned podcast, I totally agree with the quote at the start of your post. I have thirteen grandchildren, six of whom are thirteen and older. They attend three different local public schools. The daily pressures they face are far more challenging than their Grandpa and Nana faced fifty years ago. I worry for them. I suspect that’s what grandparents are supposed to do.
