of transfer – if one set of skills will transfer to untrained tasks.
There is not controversy that practice improves skills, that those skill
can apply to related tasks, and that people can develop some general
academic skills, like studying efficiently.

games, that you are getting smarter, rather than just better at

However, this article presents two systems that appear to be backed by evidence.
Human knowledge has progressed exponentially since the dawn of modern science. It is no longer reasonable to accept claims without sufficient objective evidence. The harm from religion, alternatives to medicine, conservatism, and all other false beliefs will be exposed on this blog by reporting the findings of science.
