Free-Range Parenting

The term is foreign to me, but I immediately knew what the writer was talking about.  That is how I, and most of my contemporaries, were raised. I reflect back and realize it was an important part of my education.  Yes, "times are different", but I think the concept has value if parents responsibly provide such experiences.
