Proponents of Theistic Evolution claim that it is compatible with science. Assuming science deals with probabilities and extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, Here are three reasons why evolution and Christianity are not compatible:
1) "Living things are indeed wonderfully complex, but altogether within the range of a statistically powerful, entirely mechanical phenomenon."
2) "- - - we are perfectly good animals, natural as can be and indistinguishable from the rest of the living world at the level of structure as well as physiological mechanism."
3) "- - - although the natural world can be marvelous, it is also filled with ethical horrors: predation, parasitism, fratricide, infanticide, disease, pain, old age and death — and that suffering (like joy) is built into the nature of things.

Human knowledge has progressed exponentially since the dawn of modern science. It is no longer reasonable to accept claims without sufficient objective evidence. The harm from religion, alternatives to medicine, conservatism, and all other false beliefs will be exposed on this blog by reporting the findings of science. This blog will also reinforce what should be the basics of education: History, Civics, Financial Literacy, Media Literacy, and Critical/Science Based Thinking.
