This post is an adjunct to my recent post entitled Scientific Support For The Dalai Lama.
Following are links challenging the concept of reincarnation:

Keep in mind that reincarnation is just one of many unsupported claims of a "soul" living on after death. This falls under the umbrella of classical dualism, which posits a difference between the physical brain/body and an immaterial spirit. Since physics shows that this concept would be a violation of physical laws such as the Conservation of Energy, the burden of proof for this concept is very high (extra-ordinary claims require extra-ordinary evidence). While some have conducted experiments attempting to support the concept of dualism, none have convinced the majority of experts studying the issue.
