I generally discount articles from the conservative Heritage Foundation as I find them based more on dogma than evidence.  However, this article presents the results of a recent study by the respected National Bureau of Economic Research , which found that a lack of assimilation of minorities into a nation's culture is an important but overlooked factor in radicalization.
