This post has been long in coming. Anyone who follows my posts knows that I am very negative against the practice of chiropractic. That said, I have been particularly upset over the full-page ads (page through the first section to find it) in my local newspaper promoting the fallacious original chiropractic practice of adjustment of the bone at the top of the spine called the atlas.
