They have no standard of care – literally anything goes. What they have is a very loose philosophy with a vague appeal to nature fallacy. That’s it. They use an eclectic combination of disproven, fanciful, and outright pseudoscientific interventions. They may also give some basic nutrition advice, but even there they cannot be trusted because they have no standard of evidence."
