Making Stuff Up: "God Is Simple"

"In theology, the doctrine of divine simplicity says that God is without parts. The general idea can be stated in this way: The being of God is identical to the "attributes" of God. Characteristics such as omnipresence, goodness, truth, eternity, etc., are identical to God's being, not qualities that make up that being, nor abstract entities inhering in God as in a substance; in other words, we can say that in God both essence and existence are one and the same.[1](link)

The following link exposes several philosophers and theologians attempting to rationalize this incoherent and unsupported dogma. If you disagree with me, how can a creator of all of our reality with its complexity be "simple?" How can an entity be all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-loving communicate with our reality yet be outside of our matter and energy?

Please note: I haven't even addressed all of the angels and demons God supposed created (without matter and energy), nor addressed the "3 Persons in one God" enigma, nor addressed how a "simple" God can understand all those prayers passed onto it via the Saints in Heaven. SMH

Is God Simple?
