I participated in the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas last week and, among the vendors, was a company selling negative ion bracelets.  Research does suggests a positive effect from high (4.5x10¹⁴ ions/second) flow rate negative air ionization generators, however, such products are considered experimental only.  A note:, much smaller air generators found commercially have no effect.  Regarding the bracelets, they are clearly a typical alternative to medicine rip-off.
